Safety, Professionalism, and Training We place a high priority on safety and professionalism, recognizing these are critical to the well-being of our associates and to operational success. We invest heavily in comprehensive safety training to equip associates with the skills they need to perform their duties effectively. Career Planning and Training In 2024, 13% of associates advanced through promotions or transfers – a reflection of our ongoing investment in internal development. Every new full-time associate receives orientation and job-specific training, and all associates are regularly coached and supported in growing into new opportunities. All associates have a customized training and development plan, as well as opportunities to participate in Leadership Development programs. Ethical Standards and Values Guided by a strong ethical foundation, we uphold integrity, respect, and accountability in everything we do. These principles inform daily interactions and strategic decisions alike. By maintaining high standards, we build trust with our associates, customers, and communities – and reinforce our reputation as a responsible and reliable leader in the industry. 100% of our policies and suppliers are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy, and Labor and Human Rights Policy.
