Over the past five decades, our associates have built a unique culture of giving back to our communities, creating an extraordinary tradition of helping those in need. DELIVERING MORE We refer to these efforts as Delivering More – coming together as a team to do good in the world. It means bringing compassion, care, and support to our neighbors, our communities, and our planet. That spirit comes to life most vividly through Averitt Charities – a company- wide effort that represents the very heart of Averitt. From Averitt Cares for Kids to local outreach projects, our associates prove that generosity isn’t a special event – it’s part of how we work, live, and lead. Nowhere is that generosity more visible than in our long-standing support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 2024, our associates donated $1,750,001 – the largest employee-generated gift in St. Jude’s history. That gift, like every one before it, was fueled by associate generosity and company match. We’re also proud to have been named St. Jude’s “Employee-Giving Organization of the Year” four times: 1999, 2010, 2020, and 2024.
