Cybersecurity/Data Security Averitt’s Cybersecurity Policy outlines a comprehensive strategy and management practices that maintain the security of personally identifiable information from our associates, customers, and suppliers. Our policy calls for direct engagement and disclosure with the parties and Averitt business partners whose information is part of any data breach on remedies and to correct any vulnerabilities that may be identified via an incident. To protect the integrity of our cybersecurity strategy and sensitivity of individual information, we do not publicly disclose the details of our strategy or any information on specific data breaches. Anti-Competitive Bargaining Averitt’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct prohibits corruption, bribery, fraud, money laundering, and anti-competitive practices. The Averitt Profit Protection and Fraud Prevention Policy outlines zero tolerance for fraud, theft, or corruption and provides a toll-free number for reporting possible violations. Individuals who report violations may be eligible for a reward for providing information. Corruption Averitt’s ERM process includes an enterprise-wide and site-specific evaluation of the following sustainability risks that are material to its business based on a 2024 Materiality Assessment. Corruption, Bribery, and Fraud has been recognized as one of the material topics and is integrated in the Enterprise Risk Management policy. 100% of Averitt’s sites are assessed for corruption and bribery risks.
