(DRE) , an- nounced the signing of three leases totaling 15,817 s/f of retail space in the greater metropolitan Washington, DC market. Negotiations were handled through the Tysons Corner, VA office of DRE. Alexandria Child Care Ser- vices leased 11,866 s/f of retail space located at 1000 Bernard St. in Alexandria, VA. The Kiddie Academy franchisee currently operates one other childcare center in Ashburn. The lease negotia- tions were handled on behalf of the tenant by DRE’s Bran- don Howard . Fit Body Boot Camp leased 2,148 s/f of retail space in the San Souci Shopping Center located at 22599 MacArthur Blvd. in California, MD. Fit Body Boot Camp is home of a group personal training pro- gram designed to give high energy, fun, and challenging workouts. Joe Farina of Di- varis Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease nego- tiations with the landlord, Cedar Realty Trust. Neo Smiles, PLLC leased 1,803 s/f of retail space lo- cated at the Divaris-leased The Mark at Dulles Station located at 2323 Dulles Sta- tion Blvd. in Herndon, VA. This is the first location for a start-up dental group. The negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, BET Investments, Inc., by Brandon Howard. The Mark at Dulles Station is a 181,000 s/f class A luxury apartment building built in 2005. With 169 units, over 300 covered parking spaces and 15,838 s/f of available ground floor retail space, The Mark at Dulles Station provides resi- dents and retailers with an environment of convenience and luxury. n
