ENGLISHTOWN, NJ — Pierson Commercial Real Estate, LLC announced that the company has completed seven new leases on behalf of Jersey Mike’s Subs in Central and Northern Jersey. “Jersey Mike’s was named the fastest growing restaurant chain in the U.S. for the last three years by Nation’s Restau- rant News,” said Gary Krauss of Pierson, who represented the sandwich chain in its recent leases. “We’re thrilled to be able to contribute our part to their success.” Added Tim Lumpkin, direc- tor of real estate for Jersey Mike’s Subs: “North Jersey has had some of the highest performing units in our com- pany. We’ve been aggressively opening stores in our home state, and turning out great sales numbers.” Jersey Mike’s Subs’ latest New Jersey locations include: •3 Bayshore Plaza in Atlan- tic Highlands, a corporately owned and operated location that opened in June. The cen- ter, owned by Bayshore Plaza, LLC, is located at the intersec- tion of Rte. 36 and First Ave. •Somerville Circle Shop- ping Center at 300 U.S. 202 in Raritan, owned by Somerville Circle LP.
