Final Flat Roof Roofing decisions based on facts, physics and roof products
After serving his country in the U.S. Special Forces with the Army Rangers, FI- NAL FLAT ROOF CEO Sean Sanborn, decided to turn his focus on cleaning up the roof- ing industry. Through integrity and edu- cation Sanborn works with the public to ensure they receive a roof system that is best for their; building, budget and environment. All consumer roofing deci- sions should be based on facts and physics of their building and the roof product. After these conditions are evaluated a LEED Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) should
be used to determine the true cost of the roof system. For public schools, universities, federal & state government agencies it is manditory under Ferderal Executive Climate Laws to perform a LCCA. Any business, school or other organizations receiving State or Federal funding or grant must perform a LCCA in order to keep their fund- ing.
