ing and warehousing based in Monroe. Brian DiPinto , executive director of The Blau & Berg Company, was the procuring broker representing both the buyer and owner in the transaction. Located at 1400 Corbin St. in the heart of Elizabeth, the property is owned by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Amidst a lim- ited warehouse inventory in the market, the long-term lease transaction was ideal for DiPinto International, as 90% of their business is inter- national calling in the ports of NY and NJ. The property features twenty-four bays, two drive-in doors, and yard space to accommodate up to thirty trailers. “Given the property’s loca- tion in Port Elizabeth within minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City and major area roadways, including the NJ Turnpike, this was a timely opportunity to relocate one of our warehouse and transporta- tion centers to the logistics hub of the northeast,” said Robert DiPinto, owner, DiPinto Inter- national Logistics. “The Blau & Berg Company was instru- mental in expediting the deal, which will ultimately allow us to offer our clients faster and more turnkey services.” As DiPinto International Logistics prepared to exit their current warehouse located at 5 Wheeling Rd. in Dayton, The Blau & Berg Company also arranged the lease of the 43,000 s/f property to Green- way Products and Services, Inc. The deal was co-brokered with Brian DiPinto represent- ing Greenway Products and Services, and Steve Nozza , senior vice president, Bussel Realty Corp. representing the owner, Budd Development. In a second transaction, The Blau & Berg Company brokered the sale of a 2-parcel, 1.6-acre property located at
