Sitar Realty Company negotiates lease The Whitesell Organization announces 316,000 s/f at the Haines Industrial Center in Florence F

LORENCE , NJ — Home Depot Supply Group leased 316,000 s/f at the Haines Industrial Cen- ter in Florence. Sitar Realty Company was instrumental in negotiating this lease with the Whitesell Organization who owned and developed this industrial park. The location offered Home Depot Supply Group the flex- ibility of servicing the tri-state area with all of its Business-to- Business needs. The Whitesell Organization offered a facil- ity that could accommodate a state-of-the art racking system with landlord support during construction. This site offers easy access to the NJ Turnpike, PA Turn- pike, Route 295, as well as a good labor force to support the Home Depot Supply Group. Home Depot again called on Sitar Realty Company to assist with a hard to find location for distribution purposes.  Rose CRE reps. Dugan Construction in 20k s/f purchase
