The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented the sellers and Paul Fulmer of NAI Commer- cial Partners, Inc. represented the buyer. The 800 s/f office space lo- cated at 211 Walnut St. in Harrisburg has been leased by Moravia Health from NR Group LL. Moravia Health joins Hookah Lounge and Res- taurant to make 211 Walnut St. fully leased. Hookah Lounge and Restaurant renovated the previous 2,400 s/f Pep Grill into a new Hookah bar and lounge.
