September’s condo closed sales, at 53, were 1.9% below last month and 12% lower than last year. There was 3.2 months of inventory for condos in September, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The condo median sold price in September was $650,000, up 11% vs August and a 7% increase from September 2019. The average sold price was $759,113 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $577 (up 5% and down 3%, respectively, vs August).
