COME TOGETHER… October was the dawn of a new era for all of us in the Healthcare sectors of Morrison and Crothall. No longer would we be two separate companies, each pursuing separate goals. Now, instead, we

are linking arms to harness the Power of One. One vision…One strategy…One very powerful healthcare division for our custom- ers. That is the story behind our new joint brand, Compass One – Healthcare.

RIGHT NOW… Why right now, you might ask? There are more than a few reasons for Morrison and Crothall to “Come Together”…but the most important one is that we are responding to the needs of the healthcare market. Did you know that in a recent Modern Healthcare survey, healthcare executives overwhelming- ly voted “Patient Satisfaction” to top their lists of chief concerns? Several factors have contributed to this, especially the HCAHPS survey, its publicly broadcasted results on the CMS Hospital Compare website, and the devastating OVER ME! There’s a very good answer to the question: What’s in it for me? At your account, there is an opportunity to grow the culture you have contributed to within your Crothall and Morrison worlds. Can you imag- ine having another department—or even up to five other departments—that can help to influence values and to collaborate with— minus the competitiveness—on hospi- tal-wide projects? Or give you a heads up
