Smurfit Kappa has developed a new sustainable eCommerce packaging solution for RareBoots4u, a supplier of classic football boots to many well- known names in world football, including Karim Benzema, Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount. RareBoots4u was the brainchild of two 16-year- olds, Jake Self and Cam Sangster, who turned their passion for football boots into a thriving company. Specializing in classic boots that are no longer available to buy in shops, the company’s Instagram page regularly features famous faces from football’s hall of fame showing off their purchases. RareBoots4u approached Smurfit Kappa to create a customized and sustainable packaging solution that had the flexibility to accommodate a wide va- riety of sizes of football boots alongside promoting its brand. The new RareBoots4u box enhances the compa- ny’s sustainability credentials as it uses a reduced amount of material and is recyclable, renewable and biodegradable. Scanvaegt Labels Installs Second FB-Line Scanvaegt Labels of Odense, Denmark, has in- stalled its second Nilpeter FB-Line. Scanvaegt Labels, a part of Scanvaegt Systems, supplies labels for many different industries includ- ing food, retail, and pharmeceuticals, and the new FB-Line will ensure added capacity and shortened lead times. The FB-Line, which is scheduled for installation at Scanvaegt early 2023, is based on modular flexo technology for easy configuration and includes screen and hot foil Drop-In features. The FB-Line has a maximum web speed of 750 feet per minute. Vincent (Vince) Queau has joined Monadnock Pa- per Mills, Bennington, New Hampshire, as Senior Sales Representative. Queau has more than 17 years of experience in paper and print with a background in the graphic arts and digital printing. Most re- cently, Queau was Regional Sales Manager for Sihl, Inc., Fiskeville, Rhode Island, where he developed and managed distribution strategies across Canada and the midwestern United States.
