Here in rihanna’s portrait the ‘O’ in ‘God’ appears at the top of Rihanna’s head like a halo. Hu- manity now has the power of gods, a nuclear arsenal that could destroy the world and remove all possibility of recovery. In the middle of these emblems Rihanna’s seductive indifference stands out, a vision of a god in the midst of weapons.
