THROUGH THE CARMEN SIMMONS REUNIFICATION PROGRAM
Since Blue Monarch began in 2003, over 360 children have been reunited with their mothers who had lost custody. In 2024, there were 21 children who reestablished relationships with their mothers after painful and sometimes lengthy separations. This process to restore one’s family is often very complicated and can sometimes feel impossible. But for the moms who persevere and fight the temptation to give up hope, the results are breathtaking.
