Discounted room rates are based on time of year and the room block details. Room blocks require a 90% commitment to the number of contracted rooms. Guest Room Block

Resort Fee

Resort guestrooms are subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee, currently $55 per room per night, plus applicable state & local taxes, in effect at the time of check-in. This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include - enhanced in-room high speed wireless internet, general internet bandwidth for guests in event spaces, daily wellness classes for Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests, garden gold for up to four guests, rock wall climbing for up to two guests and shuttle service to Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs.
