*Rosemead reserves the right to make changes in tuition charges and fees, modify its services , or alter its programs should economic conditions or national emergency make it necessary to do so. Students in the Psy.D. or Ph.D. programs pay the fee for a total of ten semesters, including those students who enter Rosemead with transfer credit.) ROOM AND BOARD On-campus housing for single students, total costs 1,926.00 DOWN PAYMENT Students living on campus are required to pay $1300.00 down each semes­ ter.
