JOÃO BOSCO LEE, INDEPENDENT ARBITRATOR AND MEMBER OF THE ICC COURT OF ARBITRATION João Bosco Lee has been a Brazilian arbitrator and practitioner since 1990. He is a senior partner of Lee Taube Gabardo – Sociedade de Advogados in Curitiba, Brazil and sits as an independent arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings. João Bosco is amember of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Director of the Brazilian Arbitration Review. He is both the First President and one of the foundingmembers of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the former Chairman of the Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragemda Associação Comercial do Paraná – ARBITAC. João Bosco is currently a Professor in arbitration at Universidade Positivo.

Peter has acted in litigation and arbitration in nearly 50 international jurisdictions, including the Far East, Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, US and South Americawhere he has a wide variety of experience in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration and also alternative disputes resolution procedures and strategies. As well as being part of the dispute resolution team, Peter leads the Clyde Latin America team in London and is a registered foreign lawyer of the Brazilian Bar (OAB) as well as an accredited CEDRmediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
