Qualifications: Good honours degree (or equivalent) in a property or IT related discipline or relevant experience Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience Experience of managing customer relationships Experience of developing and implementing process reviews Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate significant experience in management of a facilities management systems. Experience in writing and presenting reports to senior management. Experience of developing new systems or integrating existing systems together. Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of a IWMS or CAFM system (or similar). Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of best practice in FM systems and data management. Line Management
