C-012 FAA Part-145
This course introduces the civil aviation regulatory system of the U.S.A., including the relevant regulations to perform and record maintenance, to issue the approval for return to service, and the regulations relevant for a Part-145 certificated repair station.

• Management personnel • Supervisors • Inspection personnel • Personnnel authorized to approve an article for return to service (Certifying Staff) • Technicians • Quality personnel working in FAA Part-145 certificated repair stations or an organization intending to apply for such a certificate This course familiarizes participants with the civil aviation regulations of the U.S.A., with an emphasis on maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding, and alteration, covering Part-39, Part-43, and Part-145 of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Participants will learn how these regulatory requirements can be implemented into the organization to fulfil all legal requirements.
