C-121 Maintenance by EASA Part-CAO
This course covers the requirements which apply to a Combined Airworthiness Organization (CAO), and the requirements to be followed during daily work with respect to maintenance.
Objectives
• Organizations intending to apply for a Part-CAO approval • Maintenance organization personnel and certifying staff • Quality personnel • Authority personnel This course focuses on the content of Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 Annex Vd (Part-CAO) and the relevant Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) and regarding requirements to be met by an organization which intends to apply for an approval as a CAO to perform maintenance. Specifically, this course covers: • the requirements for a CAO-approved organization at both a personnel and organizational level • the requirements to be met while performing maintenance, as specified in Part-M and Part-ML In addition, the interrelations to relevant parts of Part-M, Part-ML, Part-66 and Part-21 are covered.
