C-033 Root Cause Analysis
This course gives participants an overview of “Root Cause Analysis”, including the main human factors leading to non-compliances (Dirty Dozen), an explanation of “Root Cause Analysis”, and methods of identifying them.
Objectives
This training is addressed to all personnel involved in the establishment of corrective action plans and the associated “Root Causes”, e.g. Accountable Managers, Management Personnel, Auditors, Compliance Monitoring personnel, Safety Management personnel, Authority personnel Upon completion of the training, participants shall have an understanding of: • the meaning of “Root Cause” • methods to identify “Root Causes” • the 5-WHY method to identify “Root Causes” This one-day course provides participants with an understanding of “Root Cause Analysis”, based on practical examples.
