C-016 OTAR Part-39

Introduction to the continued airworthiness requirements for aircraft falling under the Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTARs).

Objectives

• EASA Part-CAMO wishing to gain OTAR Part 39 approval • OTAR 121, 125 & 135 Operators • Safety Management and Compliance Monitoring Personnel • Maintenance and Continued Airworthiness nominated personnel • EASA Part-CAMO staff members • NAA staff In this course, participants will gain a detailed understanding of: • the operator’s responsibilities, and contracted maintenance and continuing airworthiness arrangements, in accordance with OTAR 39, Subparts B, C, D, E & F. • the implementation of continued airworthiness management in association with ICAO Article 83 bis Agreement. • the differences of Approval options under OTAR 39, Subpart E.

Previous attendance at EASA Part-M / -ML, -CAMO training course.
