Objectives
• Part-21J (DOA) Office of Airworthiness, Compliance Verification Engineers, and any pesonnel involved in the certification of large aircraft modification • Alternate Part-21J (ADOA) personnel involved in design & modification of aircrafts, appliances, and their certification processes and procedures • Part-145 large aircraft inspectors, certifying staff, and continued airworthiness managers • Any personnel, consultants, or organizations that are involved in minor/major (STC) modification and/or repair in large aeroplanes • Part-CAMO organization managers, post holder maintenance managers, and quality control personnel This two-day course enhances participants’ understanding and knowledge of how and what needs to be considered to meet the requirements with key elements during design and modification. In this course, participants will gain a detailed understanding of: • the certification processes and procedures to demonstrate that the Means of Compliance (MOC) meet requirements • the certification approach for modifications, while simplifying the understanding of certification procedures • technical difficulties in demonstrating compliance, with practical and theoretical examples
