Q-019 Safety & Quality Auditor for Aviation Professionals
Using theory and practical examples, this course provides an overview of the Quality & Safety Management Systems in Aviation referred to in EASA technical requirements for personnel involved in initial or continuing airworthiness & operation. It also covers documentation systems, audit techniques, and qualifications required to be internal auditor.
All personnel working within the following Organisations: Part-21, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part CAO, Part-147, Operations, e.g. Nominated Personnel, Quality Managers, Compliance Monitoring Managers, and internal auditors Upon completion, participants will have learnt: • how to manage the surveillance of technical Requirements and/or customer satisfaction • the tasks involved in Safety & Quality Systems • the “Soft” and “Hard” skills required to audit an organisation and subcontractors. • audit techniques Note: This course will be customised according to the scope of work within your organisation
