REWARD

Payroll Administrator Level 3 qualification in payroll. This achievement represents a significant milestone in my career, validating the hard work and dedication I’ve invested in learning the complexities of payroll management. AM: Having the courage to “jump ship” and join a fabulous company after spending many years in my previous role. Also, having the opportunity to be involved in the very early stages of new businesses coming on board and the chance to build up great relationships from the offset with customers. HW: Coming back to work after 21 months of maternity leave. It was tough to get used to the workplace again and get back into the groove of payroll after such a long break. I was unsure at first, but I’m proud of how I’ve adjusted. This has been a big personal and professional achievement for me. PL: My greatest success has been being a part of an amazing team and the company’s growth journey. It has been a pleasure to share my knowledge with new team members and build strong relationships with our customers. NB: I have completed my first full year at the company. In this time, my knowledge has grown tremendously, and I continue to learn more every day. I’ve developed a deep understanding of my customers’ needs and expectations, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see them happy and satisfied. My success is reflected in both my knowledge and the positive relationships I’ve built with our customers. SN: My biggest achievement so far this year has been mastering the PayCaptain system and independently processing payrolls. Receiving positive feedback from customers about those payrolls has been

incredibly rewarding. MP: Joining the team.

WL: The highlight has been moving over from processing payrolls into new business implementation. I love building relationships with customers and have found the transition has really boosted my confidence. I’ve expanded my payroll knowledge enormously and gained valuable experience in customer implementation. RS: Joining PayCaptain. I love its ethos and the benefits it brings not just to customers, but to employees too. It’s exciting to be a part of such an impactful team. n
