Marous Brothers Construction was once again selected by Skyline Investments to lead the renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott, Dayton South. The project focused on a comprehensive modernization of the property to align with Marriott’s updated corporate brand standards. The scope of work included the full renovation of all 146 guest rooms, as well as extensive upgrades to public and amenity spaces. Key improvements encompassed the lobby, laundry facilities, restrooms, and other common areas, enhancing the overall guest experience and ensuring consistency with the Courtyard brand identity.
