Ultra High Pressure Assemblies Pirtek is able to supply ultra high pressure hose and assemblies for offshore, water jet cutting and chemical injection industries, adhering to all relevant international standards and equipment directives Blow Out Preventer (BOP) Hoses Blow-Out Prevention (BOP) hoses requiring high pressure, high temperature and flame resistant control lines certified to API 16D and Lloyds 1000/499 fire test for five minutes at +700°C are also available on request. These hoses comply with all relevant international standards for BOP Systems. Hydraulic Hose Assemblies We have a wide variety of DNV approved Rubber hydraulic hoses including 4SP & 4SH with superior specifications that exceed international industry standards, coupled with an equally wide variety of fittings, ferrules and couplings from manufacturers such as Intertraco. Our range of hydraulic hoses are complimented by subsea compliant thermoplastic hoses with pressure ranges up to 700Bar and upon request higher pressure thermoplastic hoses can be supplied.
