ACTION PLAN
Continuing Hillsborough County ’ s greenways pro- gram and adding new greenways to the network rely on the recommended next steps presented in this chapter. The next steps were created while developing this Master Plan, listening to stakeholders, and review- ing the 1995 Greenways Master Plan ’ s recommen- dations. These steps were drafted in the framework of the 1995 Plan.
