The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Vancouver Region, at 11%, reflected a buyers' market. The detached median price in October was $1,605,000, a 1.3% increase from September and 3% below October 2024. The average sold price was $1,910,949, 1.0% above last month and up 2% to October 2024.
