The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 11%, reflected a buyers' market. The detached median price in October was $1,790,000, a 0.6% decrease from September and 3% below October 2024. The average sold price was $2,118,173, 1.6% below last month and up 1.5% to October 2024.
