Photos illustrate vocabulary words and phrases for children. Cards for each theme, week, and day introduce vocabulary and provide reteaching opportunities to deepen comprehension. Vocabulary Cards follow the Developing Talkers instructional model from the CLI. Each card includes prompts to entice student conversation and “Act It Out” with physical movement and responses.
