Join us for a full day of art, adventure, and sisterhood designed especially for Northland girls. We’ll provide lunch, snacks, a fun patch, and plenty of exciting hands-on activities. Open to all K–5 girls—bring a friend, even if she’s not a Girl Scout yet! It’s the perfect way to spend your day off making memories, new friends, and big fun. Girl Scout Day at the Coterie: The Drum Closet: A Coterie World Premiere Date: February 1 at 2pm Age Level: C S A Experience the beat of The Drum Closet, a powerful new coming- of-age play written by Kansas City native Tosin Morohunfola and presented by The Coterie Theatre. Follow two Nigerian-American brothers as they navigate identity, culture, and the rhythm of their dreams in this moving world premiere. Presented during Black History Month, this performance celebrates courage, creativity, and connection—perfect for older Girl Scouts ready to explore powerful storytelling on stage. In this playful, imagination-filled workshop, Girl Scouts and their stuffies will make new friends, act out exciting stories, and explore creativity through movement and drama. It’s the perfect way to step into Imagination Land—and every participant earns a special stuffie patch to remember the fun! Valentine's Day Paint Party with Pave Creative Date: February 11 from 6pm- 7:30pm Age Level: D B J C S A Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a creative twist at Pave Creative, a woman-owned studio led by a Girl Scout Gold Award alum. Girl Scouts and their families will follow step-by-step instruction to recreate a festive painting while learning shading, texture, brush technique, and color theory. It’s the perfect way to enjoy an artistic, confidence-building afternoon together.
