She earned her undergraduate degree on Embry-Riddle’s Daytona Beach Campus and after graduation, became a manufacturing engineer for The Boeing Company. She returned to her Eagle roots with the Worldwide Campus

Recognized for her achievements, Zoey has been featured in promotional videos by Air Canada and Elevate Aviation’s 2023 Women of Inspire, as well as honored among the Top 20 Under 40 by Wings Magazine. “I looked at many other universities to find the right fit, but it always kept coming back to Embry‑Riddle. They had professors who understood the industry, who understood the schedule of an airline pilot and the growth of an aviation career and the amount of attention that you need to put in what you’re doing.”
