IT leaders should keep an eye on the horizon and envision the future state of the business over the next two to three years. You shouldn’t solely focus on saving money, but also prepare for the return of growth. / Start by aligning IT investments with the new reality. / While cutting cost and complexity, don’t forget to focus on high-value areas. / Innovation isn’t just possible during a downturn; it’s a catalyst for recovery. By doing so they can drive efficiency to improve the bottom line, and in turn innovate to grow the top line.
