Master of Science in Management Information Systems
The M.S. in Engineering Management is designed for working professionals with a desire to enhance their management skills in a technical environment. The program covers sound managerial decision- making, leadership and organizational skills critical to the success of today’s firms. Students learn in-demand skills, enabling them to do anything from managing employees and supervising day-to-day operations to leading large and complex projects. Crafted in collaboration with industry partners, the program ensures students are well-positioned to increase the efficiency and bottom line of any organization. Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management The M.S. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management equips students with analytical, negotiation and managerial globalization skills. Students receive an education that distinguishes them from other professionals and makes them more marketable in the public and private sectors. Areas of study include acquisition, sustainability, integrated logistics, collaborative supply chains, distribution management and process optimization.
The M.S. in Management Information Systems helps students develop the strategic understanding they need to become skilled professionals in their field. The program is centered on the system-of-systems perspective, which allows managers and leaders to adopt and adapt the enterprise perspective to meet organizational needs. Students can choose from two specialization tracks: Information Technology Management or Business Intelligence and Analytics. Master of Science in Project Management The M.S. in Project Management develops project management professionals with additional skills specific to aviation, who manage programs and optimize organizations’ project management systems and policies. Students are equipped with technical soft skills of communication and team leadership and hard skills of quantitative analysis to solve project problems. Graduates have a knowledge of project management skills and techniques that are applicable to complex real-world projects.
