Our neighbor, Subaru, donated 1,500 appreciation kits plus $30K for:
Transportation to appointments at Cooper facilities via the Camden loop. Medical equipment including blood pressure monitors, glucometers, scales, wheelchairs, walkers and canes to help patients manage chronic health conditions at home.
