This Summer at BGCSV This summer was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Across our clubs, more than 1,200 youth were served in safe, supportive spaces where they could learn, grow, and feel a sense of belonging. To meet the needs of our growing communities, we welcomed 112 new staff members , each bringing their passion and commitment to our mission. We also opened 10 new clubs , expanding our reach and creating new opportunities for young people who need us most. Looking Ahead: 2025–2026 School Year As we enter the new school year, the club is poised for one of the most impactful years yet. $32 million operating budget , we are equipped to sustain and strengthen the programs that change lives every day. 42 club sites , spanning 103 miles from Morgan Hill to Pittsburg. 8,000 members receive academic support, mentorship, and enrichment experiences that help them thrive. 425 Colleagues strong , we are united by our core values and our shared mission to serve youth, empowering them to reach their full potential. Every number tells a story of growth, resilience, and the collective impact of our staff. These milestones are not just statistics; they are proof that BGCSV continues to fulfill its mission of building great futures for youth and families in our communities.
