We want to ensure you know the warranty information for our products. Our warranties cover goods installed in homes under normal usage conditions. If you install our products in a public or commercial area, they will be covered by a 1-year warranty. If you encounter any faults, please report them within the warranty period, starting from the proof of purchase date, by contacting our customer service team with details of the issue and proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and failures resulting from production processes. However, they do not extend to damage caused by transit, misuse, or incorrect installation. While all our products undergo strict quality control checks, there may be rare instances where a product or batch doesn't meet our quality standards. If you receive a product with a visible defect that doesn't meet the specified tolerances, do not fit it, and we will replace it. The installer must check for defects prior to installation, as we won't cover refitting or replacement costs due to the installation of defective products. This commitment to quality is our promise to you. If you encounter an issue, please allow us to inspect the product in its installed state. If the product has been removed, please don't destroy it; keep it for inspection. We will request photographic or video evidence of the installed product. Additionally, please ensure suitable access is provided to facilitate the repair or replacement of a product under warranty. Keep in mind that we won't be responsible for the reinstallation of products. To ensure the longevity of your products, it's essential to maintain them with a regular and appropriate cleaning routine. Gentle cleaning methods, such as a soft, damp cloth with warm, soapy water for chrome, brass, and aluminium surfaces, will help keep your products in top condition. Additionally, proper ventilation and removing excess water are essential to prevent any potential damage to bathroom furniture. Please note that certain actions are excluded from warranty coverage, such as incorrect installation, failure to maintain the product according to care and maintenance guidelines, improper use, and damage from specific environmental conditions. Understanding these exclusions will help you make the most of your warranty coverage. In the unfortunate event of a product failure under warranty, please know that we are fully committed to providing a replacement part, product, or repair as specified in the warranty duration. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. In some cases, if our inspection reveals that the problem is not due to a manufacturing defect, a call-out fee may be charged.
