Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams
Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams allows constituents to use Astound as their telephone provider to deliver voice calling capabilities for Teams users. It is a more reliable and less expensive alternative for Teams clients compared to Microsoft Calling Plans. Direct Routing is sold in a similar manner as SIP is today. The initial Direct Routing Service includes 10 sessions and requires a bucket of minutes (MOU). Additional sessions may be added.
