Use of College Vehicles Policy Hagerstown Community College (HCC) maintains a limited number of vehicles for use by employees and/or students for College related activities only. Use of College vehicles for personal use is prohibited . In addition, some College employees may choose to use their personal vehicles for College business which also requires them to adhere to the guidelines set forth for the use of college vehicles.
