Victims of Human Trafficking Tuition Discount
Individuals residing outside the county who have been victims of human trafficking will be granted resident tuition status and will pay the In County tuition rate for credit courses. This rate adjustment will be extended to each fiscal year unless other wise specified by the Board of Trustees. This policy is in accordance with chapters 340 and 341, 2015 Acts of Maryland, amending Md. Code Ann., Ed. Art. 16-310.
