The Recreation Center is a welcoming space for fitness, basketball, pickleball, tot time and events for all ages. Our “pay-as-you-go” system makes fitness easy and affordable. The center meets your facility needs by offering versatile, affordable event spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 5 to 150 people. Lake Ann Adventure Camp & Summer Discovery Playground Program
LAKE ANN ADVENTURE CAMP Kids ages 7-12 enjoy a week of exciting outdoor camp activities at Lake Ann Park, including boating, crafts, outdoor games, a giant slip-n-slide, fishing and much more! This program fills quickly and it is recommended you register right away on Feb. 25 or Mar. 4. Hands-Only CPR LOCATED AT THE CHANHASSEN FIRE STATION
Hands-only CPR can provide the victims of cardiac arrest with the valuable care they need until advanced treatment arrives. Learn the basic skills of Hands-only CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use so that you are prepared to respond in the event of a medical emergency. Shelter rentals are available Apr. 21-Oct. 5. Groups reserving shelters receive exclusive use of the shelter area, but all other park facilities are subject to use by the general public. Park shelters are available at Lake Ann and Lake Susan, including the Lakeside Pavilion (40ft X 40ft), the Klingelhutz Pavilion (50ft X 100ft) and the Lake Susan picnic shelter (25ft X 45ft). SUMMER DISCOVERY PLAYGROUND PROGRAM Week of June 9-Week of July 21 Kids ages 4-12 participate in games, activities, crafts and more in two groups: the Tiny Mites (ages 4-6) and Dyna Mites (ages 7-12). Half-day sessions are scheduled once a week from either 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1-4 p.m. at different parks in Chanhassen.
