JOIN US FOR JUPITER MEDICAL CENTER DAY AT FRENCHMAN’S CREEK

Dear Members,

To continue our strong partnership with JMC, we invite you to join us for Jupiter Medical Center Day on December 16 and 17, 2025. Individual men and women are encouraged to sign up for JMC Day Golf as singles, pairs, threesomes, or foursomes, and the Golf Shop will assist with pairings. Due to the size of the event, we ask that only one golfer per household participate. This year, we’re also thrilled to introduce a new Racquet Sports Day for our enthusiasts. Following the golf festivities on December 17, we’ll host a luncheon in the Pavilion, featuring a check presentation to JMC representatives. All contributing members are warmly invited to attend. We hope you’ll join us in continuing our proud tradition of giving back and supporting the incredible work of Jupiter Medical Center. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the health and well-being of our community.

Jupiter Medical Center (JMC) continues to be the only full-service hospital in our community that is nationally recognized for excellence in quality, safety, and patient experience. We are fortunate to have such a world-class health care institution right here in our neighborhood—one whose state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technologies, and award-winning physicians provide outstanding inpatient and outpatient care. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Frenchman’s Creek members, JMC continues to deliver innovative, life- changing care with personal attention to the needs of our community—today and for generations to come. Looking ahead, JMC is embarking on an exciting new chapter: the construction of a five-story patient tower designed to meet the region’s growing health care needs. The new tower will include medical oncology, a Cardiac ICU and Cardiac Step-Down Unit, two Orthopedic floors, two rehabilitation facilities, a clinical simulation laboratory, a new pharmacy, and administrative offices. We are proud to share that Frenchman’s Creek’s multi- year gift of $5,000,000 to this project will be recognized with the prominent naming of the “Frenchman’s Creek Atrium,” located in the main entryway of the new tower. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for January 7, 2026, and we look forward to celebrating this incredible milestone together.

With gratitude and excitement,

The Planning Committee for Jupiter Medical Center Day at Frenchman’s Creek

A MESSAGE FROM DR. AMIT RASTOGI

Dear Frenchman’s Creek Residents,

Our expanded Orthopedics floors will set a new standard for musculoskeletal care and recovery.

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued generosity and partnership. It’s a privilege to share how your support continues to shape the future of healthcare in our community. Thanks to you, Jupiter Medical Center Day has made a truly transformative impact. In just two years, your collective support has raised nearly $2.5 million toward the new Patient Care Tower, including the creation of the Frenchman’s Creek Atrium. This beautiful and welcoming space will bring comfort to patients, families, and caregivers for years to come. The Patient Care Tower and the much-anticipated Parking Pavilion, both scheduled to open in the coming months, represent an exciting milestone in our journey to deliver exceptional, compassionate care to all we serve. Designed with healing and innovation in mind, the Tower features dedicated floors for Oncology, Heart and Vascular, and Orthopedics—each created to enhance safety, improve outcomes, and elevate the patient experience. Our Oncology floor was designed to provide the most advanced and compassionate cancer care available. The environment fosters healing and hope, combining cutting-edge therapies, personalized treatment plans, and supportive services that care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. The Heart and Vascular floor is equipped to meet the full spectrum of cardiac needs, from recovery through rehabilitation. Multiple units will support varying levels of acuity, including observation, critical care, and a specialized step-down area. Expert cardiology providers and nurses will deliver round-the-clock care to those facing some of life’s most critical moments.

Patients will benefit from advanced rehabilitation and fully equipped therapy gyms on each floor, allowing them to begin recovery right where they receive care. The space is designed to restore mobility, independence, and confidence, ensuring every patient can return to the life and activities they love as quickly and safely as possible. Additionally, the Tower’s first floor will feature a state-of-the-art simulation lab, enabling us to train the next generation of healthcare professionals in a realistic learning environment. An expanded advanced pharmacy will further strengthen our continuum of care. Our plan for the Patient Care Tower follows the model of hospitals with the best outcomes nationwide, refined even further to meet Jupiter Medical Center’s high standards of excellence. As an independent, not-for-profit health system, Jupiter Medical Center reinvests every dollar raised directly into acquiring the newest technology, recruiting top physicians, and expanding access to care. Your generosity ensures that patients throughout the Palm Beaches can receive world-class care without ever having to leave the community they love. On behalf of our physicians, nurses, and staff, thank you for your steadfast partnership and the trust you place in us. I wish you and your loved ones a joyful, healthy, and peaceful holiday season.

With heartfelt gratitude, Amit Rastogi, MD, MHCM President and Chief Executive Officer Jupiter Medical Center
