Exhibitor Education Sessions/ Workshops
Exhibiting company supplies speaker and topic for a 50 minute session. SWVS will provide the meeting room and AV set up. The session must be non-commercial education. Time slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibiting company supplies speaker and topic for a 50 minute session. SWVS will provide the meeting room, AV set up and lunch for the attendee. Lunch is set up buffet style outside the session room. The session must be non-commercial education. Lunch and Learn Sessions are only offered to package sponsors that are exhibiting.
