ODDS & ENDS Check-Out Procedures Luggage carts will be available in the hall lobbies on Thursday. Leave your linens, towels and garbage in your room for hall staff to collect after you leave. Turn your room key and conference card into the hall desk closest to your side of your building. All cards and keys must be returned by 2 p.m. on Thursday. There is a $20 fee for each unreturned conference card and a $75 fee for each unreturned room key. Each participant will be billed for any unreturned cards or keys.

SCAVENGER HUNT
Explore campus following the scavenger hunt page in your bag. Turn in your paper at the table on the east side of the hall where you are staying between 6:30-9 p.m., Wednesday, June 28. All participating members must be present when collecting the prize.

Play Games • Board games and puzzles are available in each lobby. • Putt putt golf is available outside of Holmes West. You can pick up putters and balls inside the Holmes West Lobby 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Buses will run to the parking lots from 12–2:30 p.m. Guests must leave the hall by 2 p.m.

Lost and Found Any items found can be brought to the West Akers Information Desk. Please be careful to collect your belongings, especially in classes and on buses. We cannot guarantee that lost items will be located. Heat Related Injuries • Monitor your pulse and if it is significantly higher at rest than normal, take a break in the shade or air conditioning. • Take more breaks than you would normally, and drink water frequently, every 20-30 minutes. • Know the early symptoms of heat injury. Stop when you have early symptoms and rehydrate. • Wear loose fitting, breathable clothing when being in the hot sun.
