When Things Get Tough We’re Here for You!
We live in uncertain times. It’s been a tough couple months for our community in and around Tampa, and around the world. Daily routines have been disrupted. People are working at home, self-isolating, or even dealing with the prospect of losing their employment. Some days, it can be hard to find that silver lining. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. As hard as it might be now, it will get better! At our firm, we strive to maintain a sense of normalcy for our clients, staff, and attorneys. First and foremost, we’ve been doing everything we can to be there for our clients who may have questions about their case. We’re here to be a steady hand. While our physical office locations in Tampa and Riverview are temporarily closed, we’re still answering and sending emails, and our phone lines are open. We’re also available over social media, including face-to-face chat over Facebook. We always strived to give our clients several ways to reach us, including video chat, but we never would have guessed just how useful that would be! For our staff and attorneys, our internal systems are designed to allow us to work from anywhere. Again, this wasn’t a situation we ever envisioned we would be in, but our system has proven to be incredibly useful. We can continue to work and collaborate from home or wherever we might need to be. Here’s something you may not know about our firm: 100% of our files are paperless. Not only does this allow us to stay organized, but we can also securely access those files from anywhere. It gives us a high amount of continuity. In other words, nothing slips through the cracks. So, whether we are sitting in the office when things are normal or at home on a laptop as we self-isolate, we always have what we need to continue working for our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about your case or you know someone who needs a good personal injury attorney, rest assured we are taking calls. While parts of the world may be slowing down, people still need legal representation. They need to know someone is on their side, working hard to make sure their needs are met.
In the meantime, I hope you’re staying safe. We’ll get through this, and our community will bounce back. Living in Florida, we’ve had our fair share of tough times and recovery. Just like all those times, we’ll come out on the other side with our heads held high!
P.S. I recently started a podcast —“The Lawfather.” It’s a once-a-week podcast covering legal topics and more.
