Back in 2021, only 41 ideas were shared. But once the spark caught on, it spread fast. Year after year, participation grew — and so did our collective imagination: From a Few Sparks to a Movement

Each milestone marked more than numbers, it represented people stepping forward, solving problems, and finding smarter, safer, more efficient ways to do what we do best. Under the leadership of our Managing Director, initiatives like Mission 1000, Mission 10,000, and 2X pushed the boundaries of what was possible, embedding Total Employee Involvement (TEI) into the very DNA of Sobha’s TQM journey.

Turning Ideas into Impact An idea only matters when it’s acted upon, and that’s where Sobha’s strength lies. Out of 13,187 ideas targeted for implementation, an impressive 11,725 have already been brought to life, marking an %89 success rate. That means thousands of suggestions, from saving time and materials to improving safety, comfort, and sustainability, are now part of our everyday work. These aren’t just statistics. They’re proof that when every individual feels empowered to think, speak, and contribute, an organization transforms from within.
