The Benchmark
Sonic arranged an independent time efficiency study to determine the effectiveness of the Sonic Foam System. The time study determined the time impact of using a technician‘s toolbox and tools with Sonic equipment and Sonic Foam System vs. a toolbox using accepted industry standard organization strategies on tool retrieval, replacement and ability to inventory accurately. The Japanese “5S” method can be integrated within the storage solutions Sonic Tools offers. The “5S” method encourages and enables optimal organization in the work area and can dramatically improve efficiency. The key is assigning a specific place for each hand tool. Maintaining a focus on organization, efficiency and overall work flow will pay tremendous dividends for your business.
