2.0750.01 FUNDING

The District will fund the transportation program primarily from the revenue provided by the state. To this end, the District will comply with all state rules and regulations regarding funding and record keeping. The Board will determine what students are eligible for state-sponsored transportation and whether the expenses of ineligible students will be funded from the general revenue of the District or from special tax revenue.

Funding for students not otherwise eligible The Board may provide for the transportation of students who are not eligible for state-supported transportation, regardless of the distance from school from: 1.
