5.0100 EQUAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

No officer or employee of the District, when acting or purporting to act in official capacity shall refuse to permit any student to participate in any school program because of the student’s race, religion, color, sex, or national origin. Utah Admin Rule 300-112-3
TITLE IX Issue Date: 5/8/97
The Board shall adopt and publish grievance procedures providing for prompt and equitable resolution of student complaints alleging any action prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended.

The District shall designate at least one employee to coordinate its efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended.
